    RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INSURANCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE:

    • Process customer policy change requests.
    • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
    • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
    • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
    • Review renewals and conduct personalized insurance reviews with clients
    • Handle inbound quotes/sales, billing, claims and service calls
    • Process policy changes
    • Process/resolve billing, service and claims issues

     

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR BEST CANDIDATE:

    • 1+ year in the INSURANCE industry
    • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
    • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.                   
    • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
    • Confident, self-starter who works well independently
    • Must have ability to multi-task
    • Must be highly self-motivated
    • Professional phone etiquette
