We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a strong background in inventory accounting, purchasing/pricing, and NetSuite. THE ROLE: * Assists with analysis of the Company's periodic financial results compared to Budget, Prior Year, Industry Benchmark data, etc. * Supports the successful and timely processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including streamlining these processes where possible. * Prepares specific monthly or quarterly account reconciliations for review by the Controller or CFO. * Work with analysts in other areas of the business (Sales, Operations, Purchasing, IT, HR, etc.) to resolve data questions, process issues, provide analysis, etc. ➡️ Budgeting & Forecasting * Assists in developing financial forecasts and budgets. * Assists in developing and updating cash flow forecasts * Provides ROI analysis of various CAPEX, inventory, and other business growth investments. ➡️ Organizational Growth (Organic & Mergers and Acquisitions) * Assists with financial due diligence efforts when considering a merger or acquisition. ➡️ Risk Management * Analyzes the organization's liabilities and investments to assist in building risk management strategies. * Prepares necessary supporting data for the commercial insurance renewal process PREFERRED CANDIDATE BACKGROUND * 4+ years' experience in an accounting/analyst role * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance * Accounting experience in Distribution, Manufacturing and Retail is preferred * Proficient in ERP database and accounting computer application systems * Highly proficient with Microsoft EXCEL, Word, and PowerPoint software * Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent project management and organizational skills * Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills CALL or TEXT NOW ➡️ (614) 633-4199 Company Description CFS is a leading, employee-owned staffing firm--the largest one founded by CPA firms.
