PAYROLL SPECIALIST NEEDED FOR LARGE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION
Our client, located in in NORWALK, is a large non-profit - very well-known in Fairfield County. They've partnered with CFS to identify a seasoned PAYROLL SPECIALIST to join their team on an open-ended basis, due to there being a vacancy in the department. Reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer, the PAYROLL SPECIALIST will be the primary point of contact for all payroll related inquiries. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE SELF-DIRECTED, CONFIDENT, MOTIVATED, AND WILL REQUIRE MINIMAL SUPERVISION.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The PAYROLL SPECIALIST will serve as the centralized point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries and serve as a resource for payroll processing, and is responsible for all payroll input, output, reconciliation and distribution the organization’s bi-weekly and monthly pay cycles. In addition, the PAYROLL SPECIALIST will coordinate and corresponds with site administrators and bookkeepers, overseeing Schools payroll, and works closely with the Benefits Specialist on processing of timely uploads to the pension plan and accurate payroll deductions.
