    Job Description

    CFS is hiring a client-facing BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER due to increased need for staffing services in the Tri-County area. This is an opportunity to grow your career and share in mutual success as an EMPLOYEE-OWNER.     IDEAL FIT:

    • Confident communication style
    • 2-5 years of experience in sales or staffing (this is an Associate – Mid Level role)
    • Loves talking on the phone, impeccable active listening skills
    • Self-motivated and competitive – we ONLY promote from within, so there is plenty of room for growth
    • Likes to manage one’s work like it is their own business
    • Makes friends easily, retains clients, has a great sense of humor

    THE POSITION:

    • SALES role is focused on creating relationships and gaining clients as the “face” of CFS
    • We provide top tier accounting and finance talent to our clients through a match making process. Every business needs an accountant, so your possibilities are endless!
    • Connect with hiring managers to discover job opportunities - manage all facets of the sales process, from initial prospecting to client retention
    • Uncover exactly what clients need in a new hire
    • Collaborate with the recruiters on your team to find the best possible candidate for each job
    • Follow up with clients—ensure successful placement, fix any issues, grow the account
    • Place many phone calls, attend video and in-person meetings, touch base frequently over email
