As a Customer Service Specialist, you will: - Provide excellent customer service primarily to business vendors - You will answer phones, assist customers, and learn about our products to effectively communicate with our customers - Enter new client orders into the system and coordinate with the logistics and shipping departments - You will also be responsible for marketing products on eBay - Perform general office duties such as data entry, scanning, electronic filing, voicemail, and email correspondence Preferred Qualifications: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal Customer Service Specialist candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet). Customer Service Specialist Salary and Benefits: Salary of up to $42,000, depending on experience, and excellent benefits such as health, dental, 401k, vacation, and sick leave.
