 LOAN PROCESSING 

Our client is in the mortgage industry and searching for a Loan Processing Agent to join their dynamic group! We are looking for inquisitive minds, analytical thinkers, and go-getters! If you have the right attitude and aptitude, they are willing to train and groom you to grow with their company. Must have a career focused mind and have initiative!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES –

• Process and service the loan
• Follow the loan and client throughout the process
• Work with online vendors for documentation and verifications
• Prepare legal documents for closing
• Create the loan in the system

QUALIFICATIONS-

• Basic understanding of financials
• Understand credit bureaus and credit scores
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and computer savvy
