Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a full-service CPA firm in Athens, GA. They are looking to immediately hire an Audit Manager to add to their growing team and will move quickly for the right candidate. Experienced Audit Seniors may also be considered.

OVERVIEW OF THE AUDIT MANAGER ROLE

• Manage engagements to include full audit team oversight, client communication, document preparation, work paper review, and client deliverables
• Maintain knowledge of business and economic developments relevant to the firm’s industries
• Mentor and develop staff and senior accountants
• Client relationship management and firm development
• Consult and advise clients on a myriad of issues; valuations, profit enhancement, business transition planning, financial modeling, etc
• Actively pursue personal learning and development opportunities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AUDIT MANAGER:

• Must hold active CPA license
• 4-6 year’s public audit experience
• Able to fully lead an engagement and direct the work of senior and staff accountants
• Ability to meet billable hour goals and expected deadlines
