Overview of the Salesforce Junior Administrator: * Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the organization's Salesforce CRM processes * Prepare specifications for system enhancement and customization and function as systems administrator to set up user profiles. * Act as key liaison between business development staff, the IT team and external contacts/vendors.
