Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data 
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties 
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment 
• Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices 
• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies 
• Assist with Month-end closing  
• Prioritize invoices according to management objectives
• Handel to all vendor inquiries

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• BA in accounting or related experience
