    We’re looking for a talented Temporary Graphic Designer to jump in and collaborate with our creative team for a 3-month project period, not to exceed 90 days.     During your term, you will work on compelling print and digital collateral, as well as branded media for the company. You excel in visual communications. Further, you possess an imaginative flair, knowledge of current trends in the visual arts, and an understanding of balancing creative development with cost and time constraints.

    Essential Functions:

    • Works with the Director of Marketing on brokerage materials: Designs proofs and final artwork for a variety of marketing collateral, including, but not limited to direct mail pieces, flyers, brochures, templates, product/info sheets, ads, banners, presentations, email blast, social media assets, event collateral, etc. as well as final versions for print and/or digital production.
    • Validates all materials to ensure content maintains brand standards, is accurate, including the proofreading of these materials to determine proper formatting and grammar; Maintains version control of all marketing materials created.
    • Multi-tasks: works on multiple designs at one time to produce accurate and high-quality work.
    • Uses innovation to redefine a design and meet the constraints of cost, time and the company (may include AI, use of multimedia, and collaboration with team).
    • Participates in Marketing Department meetings for assignment of tasks, to check on the progress of jobs, and review deliverables for new projects.
    • Works well with a team of marketing specialists.
    • Communicates and collaborate with all levels of leadership to achieve results.
    • Performs other marketing and designer duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Artistic sensibility to include artistic ability and creativity. Portfolio will be required.
    • Knowledge of design elements, such as color and composition.
    • Ability to present ideas, both verbally and visually.
    • Experience in organizational skills needed to meet deadlines and stay within a budget.
    • Develop, design and produce work that meets the expectations of the creative brief.
    • Work collaboratively with a passionate creative team in an "above and beyond mentality" to get the job done.
    • Provide backup support if/when needed for marketing department activities.
    • Must be driven and work well in an extremely fast-paced environment.
    • Be able to effectively manage resources and expectations.

    Education and Experience:

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent in design or fine arts required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or fine arts or a related field preferred.
    • 3+ years of related experience
    • Real estate experience a plus.
    • Experience using Canva.
    • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

    Physical Demands:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds at times.

    Travel Required:

    • None.
