Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Field Services Processor provides people a home by supporting the organization’s efforts to maintain the company’s physical assets and promote positive public relations by providing optimum customer service to all stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY, AN INDIVIDUAL MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM EACH ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION SATISFACTORILY. THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED ARE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND/OR ABILITY REQUIRED. Responsible for intake and processing of service requests from varying sources including phone, email & custom applications.
Provide basic troubleshooting for call-in service requests to promote immediate remedies in lieu of dispatching field personnel.
Completing a first-priority Daily Push to identify work orders from prior day needing follow-up attention.
Responsible for pest control services, including disbursement of bed bug encasements.
Coordinate with field lead to handle emergency call scheduling interruptions.
Perform Housing Quality inspections.
Responsible for warehouse and garage organization and cleanliness.
Distribute and receive inventory.
Distribute and receive keys.
Provide notices to tenants.
Provide support and reporting for company performance measurements, including callbacks & timeliness.
Basic cross-training to support departmental employees’ enjoyment of their time off.
Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of property management, home maintenance or related industry. 2. Ability to engage in problem-solving processes.
Must be skilled with general computing skills and spreadsheet applications. 4. Ability to adapt to new technology.

Customer service skills: Able to effectively communicate with clients, tenants, prospective tenants, owners and vendors while focusing on productivity and results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

a. 1 Year(s) in the Field of I/DD Preferred
b. 2 Year(s) in Related field (property management, home maintenance, home remodeling) Preferred
a. Personal Computer Required
b. Smart Phone or Tablet Preferred
c. Microsoft Office proficiency Preferred
d. Yardi proficiency Preferred
e. Verbal/Written Communication Preferred
f. Interpersonal Required – will train
g. Fork lift operation Required
