    Position Overview

    Creative Label is looking for a highly experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to take our agency and clients’ marketing initiatives to the next level. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be the primary owner and architect of our agency and our clients’ digital marketing efforts.

    The ideal candidate understands the importance of a strategy that targets and retargets leads that social media and public relations bring in.

    The Sr. Marketing Manager, along with having strong leadership skills, will be analytical and have the drive to build and lead a successful marketing department.

    The Sr. Marketing manager is familiar with working at a start up- they’re able to execute and troubleshoot at the same time. The ideal candidate understands the synergy between branding, marketing, and public relations work together to achieve a common goal.

    A bit more about this role:

    This role is phoenix located, preferable but flexible on work-from-home for the right candidate. You must have a reliable laptop computer as we will not provide one.

    This is a FULL-TIME position, working side-by-side with the following departments: social media, public relations and branding/content creation.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Partner with the branding, social media, and public relations department to enhance the Creative Label brand and the brands of our clients meeting sales goals for each account.

    • Oversee brand evolution efforts including messaging and positioning

    • Oversee 3rd party vendors contributing to the execution of our marketing campaigns

    • Plan, create, and manage the execution of social/digital strategies and our clients across social and digital media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Clubhouse and TikTok.

    • Work seamlessly with PR/IR and other teams at the agency to ensure optimized, integrated work product.

    • Gather and present analytics and utilize findings to refine social media and ad strategy for our agency and clients.

    Requirements

    • Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams

    • Ability to identify and create email and text message marketing sequences, target abandoned and open carts for e-commerce and service-based brands

    • Strong promotional and campaign building experience

    • Developing and executing a media plan for the year

    • Refined writing and communication skills

    • Proven expertise leading junior employees to success through education and guidance

    • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage priorities and projects effectively.

    • Ability to work outside traditional workweek, as needed.

    • Experience in analyzing data

    • Proficient in gsuite and computer skills

    • Budget and cost analysis experience

    • Knowledge of social media platforms

    • Project management experience
