Full Time Photographer/Videographer

Creative Label is looking for an experienced, full-time Photographer/Videographer who is a confident, creative, and proven leader that believes flexibility, adaptability, and creativity are crucial to success.

The ideal candidate can articulate the value of a concept or visual design to clients, designers, and internal account teams and departments with equal effectiveness.

For this position, you must be local to Phoenix, Arizona. You must also have a reliable laptop computer and camera equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Creative Director on mood board and shot list build-out
• Have a passion for creating beautiful, pixel-perfect visual designs
• Oversee the design direction and development of creative materials
• Ensure brand identity and message consistency across channels
• Build and work with all departments to execute multi-channel campaigns
• Inspire clients with innovative, creative and communication that is grounded in content marketing and creative thinking
• Be responsible for the creation of detail-oriented day of shoot treatment.
• Meet with clients and upper management to explain campaign strategies and shoot objectives
• Edit photo and video
• Ability to photoshop artwork or design files onto photos and videos
• Ability to execute different shoot styles: social media content, look book content, and in-studio content
• Familiarity with social media platforms respective trends: reels, tiktok, stop motion, gifs
• Complete image retouching when required.
• Efficiency and speed whilst maintaining a high quality of photography.
• Understands and can shoot both product and lifestyle photography
• Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, and background to adhere to specifications

Requirements:

• Understands the importance of heavy, organized pre-production
• Ability to create a detailed treatment
• Agency experience preferred
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proven professional shooting experience
• Proficient with modern digital equipment
• Solid knowledge of Lightroom + Photoshop
• Shooting+Lighting Skills
• Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques
• Experience in editing, video production, keying, audio production, music editing, and sound effects
• Ability to create well-structured video file
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Obtain a visually stunning portfolio showcasing a strong eye, strong storytelling, problem-solving, diverse marketing campaigns – email, social, web, and video.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong appreciation for and understanding of the power of delegation
• Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment
