As the Batbox Creative Manager, you bring the brand to life through smart, intentional, and visually striking design. You are our in-house creative lead, responsible for shaping and executing the look and feel of everything from digital campaigns to physical collateral. You have an eye for brand integrity, a mind for creative strategy, and the design skills to make anything from pitch decks to websites feel dynamic and on-brand.
Based in Dallas and reporting to the Director of Marketing & PR in this hybrid role you will work across both our venue and licensing business lines, translating marketing goals into powerful visuals that inspire action. Whether you are designing for print, social, digital, or experiential, you take ownership of every project and know how to bring clarity, energy, and polish to each touchpoint. Your Impact
Brand & Visual Design
Own and evolve the Batbox visual identity across all consumer and B2B channels
Design high-impact materials including brochures, pitch decks, menus, signage, digital templates, and presentations
Produce brand-forward graphics for social media, paid campaigns, email, and event promotion
Create and maintain a library of branded templates and design assets for internal use
Web and UI/UX Design Support
Use Figma or similar tools to design layouts for new pages, landing pages, or updates to existing site components
Work alongside web developers to hand off designs and provide visual direction for execution
Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to optimize layout and UX for campaign performance
Creative Collaboration
Interpret briefs and translate strategic goals into creative concepts that meet business objectives
Partner closely with the Brand Coordinator, Content Creator, and Digital Marketing Manager to maintain brand consistency and visual excellence
Support the Director of Marketing in creative ideation for campaigns, activations, and product launches
Work with Creative Agency design team to bring the Batbox story to life through the website and apply the same feel to other marketing materials and assets
Collaborate with Performance Agency when needed to extend or adapt creative work

Qualifications
4 to 6 years of experience in graphic design or creative direction, preferably within an entertainment, lifestyle, or experiential brand
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
Strong portfolio that shows versatility across print, digital, social, and UI design
Experience creating branded presentation decks, pitch materials, and campaign assets
Comfortable taking initiative, working independently, and managing multiple priorities
Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
Knowledge of design best practices for web, social, email, and print
Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability
Bonus: Motion graphics experience or light animation skills
What We Offer
$80,000 - $120,000 USD base salary, depending on experience and qualifications
