    Role Overview:

    Are you a designer at heart but a leader in practice? Globe Life is looking for a talented Creative Manager to guide and elevate our in-house design team. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead compelling, brand-defining projects across print, digital, and integrated campaigns.

    In this role, you’ll help shape how our brand shows up in the world. You’ll be the driving force behind a talented creative team that thrives on collaboration, brings clarity through design, and builds meaningful connections through visual storytelling.

    This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX ( WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday) .

    What You Will Do:

    • Lead and mentor a team of designers to produce high-quality, brand-aligned creative work, while fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
    • Contribute hands-on design work (especially for high-impact campaigns or when your creative fingerprint can make a difference.)
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to bring strategic campaigns and creative initiatives to life.
    • Help evolve and maintain the visual brand system across platforms and touchpoints.
    • Oversee daily workflow, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality creative assets that meet business objectives.
    • Optimize creative processes and tools to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and quality across the design team.

    What You Can Bring:

    • A strong creative portfolio and proven experience developing visually compelling, strategic work.
    • 1–3 years of creative team management experience, with a knack for balancing people leadership and project execution.
    • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and comfort in MS Office.
    • Sharp design sensibility with expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills (you know how to give and receive feedback, lead discussions, and build trust.)
    • A proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills (you don’t wait for solutions; you help invent them.)

    Nice to Have, But We’ll Teach You:

  • Qualifications
    • 2-5 years of experience supporting Windows 7/10 desktop/laptop PC’s
    • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware/software issues
    • Installation of software and patches on computers as well as system imaging
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability
    • Experience troubleshooting network, software, printing problems in a Windows client/server environment
    • Experience utilizing Remote Desktop tools
    • Hands on workstation support is required; willingness to report to the office on a regular schedule
    • Mobile platform support (iPhones, Android, and tablets)
    • Help Desk Support tier I and II
    • Open support tickets working toward resolution, escalating to next level of support as needed
    • Experience with Office 365 and Teams
    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Support
    • CADD application support desirable
    • Ability to work in a team environment or independently as needed
    • Must be able to think and adapt quickly as business needs change
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Supporting staff while developing and maintaining high quality relationships with users
    • Highly energetic with the desire for career development through company goals and training
