    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Creative Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative and visual marketing principles and a passion for creating visual content and driving brand awareness and customer engagement. The Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, executing, editing, and tracking effective creative marketing content that aligns with strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services, enhance our brand image, and drive sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Development: Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
    • Content Creation : Produce high-quality visual and written content for various platforms including websites, blogs, emails, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
    • Graphic Design, Photography and DVP : Capture, produce, and edit high quality visuals that align with our marketing and brand goals.
    • Web Design and Development: Regularly update website content, including graphics, text, and multimedia elements, to reflect current campaigns and offerings.
    • Social Media and Email Management: Manage the company’s social media and email campaigns across multiple platforms, including graphic creation, content planning, posting, and engagement strategies.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand strategy.
    • Event Planning: Assist in organizing promotional events and conferences, including coordination of logistics and follow-up activities.
    • SEO and SEM: Implement SEO best practices and manage SEM campaigns to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic to our website.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, DVP, Web Design, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (2-4 years) in marketing or a related position.
    • Excellent photography, videography, and graphic design creation and editing skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Understand digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
    • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing platforms).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for marketing trends and best practices.
