    We’re hiring a creative, full-time CAD designer to bring our clients’ backyard hardscape and interior renovation dreams to life! You’ll serve as the primary drafter for our company, utilizing design software to produce 2D and 3D designs. Communication is vital for this position as you’ll work directly with clients and incorporate their feedback into your designs. Our ideal applicant has a passion for delivering incredible customer service and is an experienced design engineer with extensive knowledge of hardscape, pool, landscape, and home remodeling. Responsibilities: • Attend preliminary meetings with the client to understand the project specifications and scope • Work with construction team members to establish a timeline and budget for the design • Use design software to produce 2D and/or 3D designs, depending on the complexity of the project • Estimate quantities, prepare bid proposals, and permit projects. • Notify superintendents and project managers of the design’s progress and when the designs are complete • Get feedback from the client and construction managers and revise designs as needed Qualifications: • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in design, architecture, construction engineering, or similar field is preferred • Minimum 2 years of work experience in CAD. • Advanced knowledge of architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VIP3D • Stellar attention to detail, teamwork abilities, communication skills, and organizational skills Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000
