    Creative Potential, LLC is a, therapeutic support service provider in Southeastern Connecticut looking for self-starters who share our passion for empowering children, teens, and emerging adults with biopsychosocial and behavioral challenges through experiential interventions.

    The candidate must have at least one year of experience executing in-home or academic behavioral plans with children and/or teens with autism (or other complex diagnoses). Candidate should be versed in Applied Behavioral Analysis, practiced in collecting and recording data, and skilled at developing rapport with children and teens in domestic and community milieus. Candidates who have provided services for state agencies, public schools, and/or clinical programs are strongly preferred. This position allows the worker to set his/her own schedule and work independently, primarily after school and on weekends.

    Additional requirements:

    reliable transportation with clean driving record

    laptop & proficiency using all programs related to work (e.g., Outlook, Office Suite)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    demonstrated engagement with local community resources and social service programs
