As a Creative Project Specialist, you’ll support the efficient review and routing of packaging artwork in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. You’ll ensure brand compliance, manage artwork submissions via Adobe Workfront, and coordinate cross-functional feedback to maintain packaging quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate has strong creative project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently summarize and communicate feedback clearly.

Creative Project Specialist Responsibilities:

• Download and conduct an initial review of packaging artwork from the client’s asset management system.
• Route packaging artwork submissions to Brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders (IP, MarCom, R&D, Global Coffee, Ethical Sourcing, Regulatory).
• Use Adobe WorkFront to manage and track artwork routing efficiently.
• Summarize and communicate actionable feedback from cross-functional teams to the client in a timely manner.
• Ensure all artwork complies with company’s brand guidelines and intellectual property standards.

Creative Project Specialist Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in artwork review and routing, preferably in consumer packaging
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently summarize and communicate feedback clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe WorkFront or similar artwork routing/proofing tools
• Experience in project management and working within a matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with brand guidelines, intellectual property principles, and consumer packaging standards
• Relevant creative coursework or equivalent professional experience
