The Head of HR oversees the hiring and employee relations of all company departments and also ensures that they are managed in accordance with the organization's standards. Plans direct and enforce hiring, management, and employee relations policies.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interview and onboard prospective / new employees.
- Negotiate employment / contractor agreements.
- Setup and maintain employee records up-to-date.
- Setup and implement onboarding processes.
- Setup and implement offboarding processes.
- Setup, implement and report on employee performance reviews.
- Enforce employee standards across the company and retrain employees as necessary.
- Monitor daily hours work logs, JIRA/Slack updates, and retrain employees as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local HR laws and regulations.
- Fluid and clear communication with other heads of departments.
- Setup and implement professional development plans.
- Implement work environment improvement processes.
- Speak regularly with employees and process complaints, employee leave requests, and staffing incidents.
- Implement and maintain HR Software
SKILLS :
- Proven working experience as HR executive 5 years (minimum)
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual English speaking and writing are highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Available to work in the ET.
- Remote work.
