    This is a full-time position for Project Management / Operations Support​ starting at $20 per hour 40 hours per week with the opportunity for rapid advancement and pay increase based on performance.

    Your Tasks:

    To actively maintain and grow our office operations by enhancing customer and vendor relations, understanding and solving customer and vendor requirements by offering product and service solutions, receiving and distributing communications; logistics management and maintaining office functionality.

    The team member in the Executive Assistant​ position creates and manages business transactions with customers, vendors, and other business data such as invoices, payments, logistics, and contracts.

    THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION FOR A PROJECT ESTIMATOR​ / SALES ASSOCIATE STARTING AT $22+ PER HOUR FOR 40 HOURS PER WEEK WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR INCREASED PAY, BONUS INCENTIVES, OVERTIME AND ADVANCEMENT. IF YOU ARE A STUDENT; WE WILL ALSO CONSIDER QUALIFIED APPLICANTS TO START AS PART-TIME FOR BETWEEN 20-30 HOURS PER WEEK.

    YOUR TASKS?

    YOU WILL ACTIVELY MAINTAIN AND GROW OUR OPERATIONS BY UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER/VENDOR REQUIREMENTS, ENHANCING CUSTOMER/VENDOR RELATIONS, AND OFFERING PRODUCT AND SERVICE SOLUTIONS, RECEIVING AND DISTRIBUTING COMMUNICATIONS; LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTAINING OVERALL OFFICE OPERATIONS.

    DUTIES

    • CREATE CUSTOMER PROPOSALS, COST ESTIMATES.
    • ANSWER INQUIRIES BY TELEPHONE EMAIL AND CHAT AND ANALYZE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
    • PROVIDE PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS.
    • ASSIST IN RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS OF INFORMATION AS NEEDED.
    • PROCESSING ORDERS AND COMMUNICATING WITH MANUFACTURERS WORLD-WIDE.
    • MANAGE AND COORDINATE WITH CUSTOMERS, KEEPING ALL RECORDS UPDATED.
    • HELP OUR CUSTOMERS BY TELEPHONE, CHAT AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS; ANSWERING QUESTIONS; FORWARDING MESSAGES; CONFIRMING CUSTOMER ORDERS; KEEPING CUSTOMERS INFORMED OF ORDER STATUS.
    • UPDATE JOB KNOWLEDGE BY PARTICIPATING IN EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.
    • ENHANCE OUR BUSINESS REPUTATION BY ACCEPTING OWNERSHIP FOR ACCOMPLISHING NEW AND DIFFERENT TASKS; EXPLORING EMERGING OPPORTUNITIES TO ADD VALUE TO JOB ACCOMPLISHMENTS.
    • PROJECT MANAGEMENT, LOGISTICS, PREPARING CORRESPONDENCE, AND MANAGING FILES.
