IncubatorLab is looking for a high-volume Full Cycle Recruiter to join our fast-scaling team!
Role Objective:
As a Recruiter at IncubatorLab.ai, you will lead the charge in identifying and securing top-tier talent for performance creative and growth teams. This role is built for a recruiter who understands the nuances of Paid Social Creative roles (Video Editors, Creative Strategists, Motion Designers, Media Buyers etc.) and thrives in a high-volume, rapid-growth environment. You will own the entire lifecycle—from the first touch to the final offer.
What You'll Do:
- Full-Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Creative Sourcing: Proactively identify "Performance-First" talent across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche creative communities.
- High-Volume Execution: Manage a steady pipeline of 5-10+ open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
- Performance Creative Evaluation: Screen candidates not just for "cinematic flair," but for their ability to drive conversions, understand hooks, and iterate on DTC/UGC-style content.
- Hiring Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Growth and Creative teams to refine job requirements and stay agile in a fast-paced market.
- Process Optimization: Use data and ATS insights to reduce time-to-hire and improve the quality of our talent bench.
Requirements we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a heavy focus on Creative or Performance Marketing roles.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Paid Social landscape (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and the specific skill sets required for high-converting ads.
- Efficiency: Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles in a fast-paced, startup, or growth-focused environment.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for interviewing and brand representation.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) [Specifically Breezy] and advanced LinkedIn Sourcing techniques.
- Remote Fluency: Comfort working asynchronously in a global, remote-first setting.
Working Hours:
- Async-First: We are a global, remote team. We value results and meeting deadlines over "clocking in."
- EST Overlap: We require a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day for real-time collaboration and team meetings.
