Requirements

Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby

An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process

Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete

Duties:

Complete 4+ creative repairs at different worksites each day

Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff

Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool

Communicate with the support team with questions

Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process

Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit

Problem-solve repairs with creativity
