Strong problem‑solving ability — evaluate surface material and damage to determine the best solution
Duties:
In the Field Daily: Check in at the office each morning, then complete 4+ creative repairs per day in the field
Detail-oriented finish work / craftsmanship role
Perform precision surface repairs on cabinetry, countertops, tubs, flooring, and more
A skilled, hands-on role with opportunities for advancement based on performance and quality of work
