    Job Description

    Telemundo Colorado Creative Services Intern

    Telemundo Colorado Internships provide students with real world experience and exposure to working in television industry. Internships at Telemundo Colorado are paid and do not require course credit.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the production of news image promos and commercial spots for local clients.
    • Help with production planning, schedules, and location scouts.
    • Provide video editing and graphic design support using Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Update social media for Telemundo Colorado accounts.
    • Market the station by running the community booth or help capture footage at a variety of sponsored walks and festivals in the community.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience in video production and storytelling preferred
    • Must be functional in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Motion graphics experience is a plus
    • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.
    • Current class standing of Sophomore or above.
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • The ability to work at the Centennial, CO station.
    • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
    • Must be 18 years or older.
    • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

    The hourly rate for interns is $19.29
