    Our operations team is hiring! We are currently looking for a temp to perm Office Assistant for our New York office. This role is fully onsite. With a hands-on attitude, you have a natural enthusiasm for helping others and contributing to the enhanced productivity of our dynamic workforce in a multi-office environment.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Supporting office administration and reception coverage as needed.

    • Manage all expense reconciliation for 5 members of our executive team in Concur.

    • Helping different departments across the agency.

    • Handling incoming calls and other communications as needed.

    • Greeting clients and guests, in person and on the phone, answering or directing inquiries

    • Assisting with project tasks, as required.

    • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

    • Tidying conference rooms after meetings, replenishing supplies as needed

    • Keeping kitchen stocked with snacks and beverages from the pantry

    • After lunch, clearing the kitchen of debris, restocking the fridge and snack drawers, and taking out trash if necessary.

    • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

    • Assisting with coordinating events as necessary.

    • Backstock office supply inventory and keep closet organized.

    • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in an office environment.

    • Experience with Concur or other expense management tool a plus.

    • Interest in learning new software programs.

    • Enjoys working with people of all skill levels and backgrounds.

    • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

    • Positive attitude, someone who strives to make employees' daily experience more productive and enjoyable.

    • Have a desire to learn and grow new skill sets.

    • Be positive, a team player and hold accountability to the highest regard.

    30 hours per week $33,000-35,000/year.
