THE ROLE
As a Creative Strategist at IncubatorLab.ai, you will own creative strategy for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. There is no Strategy Lead—this role requires high ownership and strong independent judgment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Develop creative strategies and hypotheses for paid social advertising
• Analyze performance data to identify winning concepts and iteration opportunities
• Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research
• Write clear creative briefs, scripts, and ad copy
• Partner closely with Video Editors to guide execution
• Review creative outputs and provide actionable feedback
• Track, synthesize, and communicate learnings from creative tests
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 4–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad ecosystems
• Ability to translate data into creative direction
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
NICE TO HAVE
• Direct-response or DTC experience
• Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS
• Experience working with UGC-style or creator-led ads
WORKING HOURS
Strong overlap with US business hours, Monday–Friday
