    This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 6th, 2022 and will end on August 12, 2022.

    About this business area:

    The Marketing Communication & Creative (Ideation) team supports projects and campaigns related to our CVS Pharmacy Retail business segment:

    • Pharmacy & Health Services

    • Front Store

    • Loyalty & Personalization

    • Digital & Connected Experiences

    You will work on:

    The Creative Strategy Planner Intern will support shaping the communications strategy that delivers on marketing objectives. Demonstrating an understanding of human emotions, motivations, instincts and actions, you will focus on how to most effectively inspire customers to choose CVS via communications and experiences.

    • Help craft creative briefs that summarize consumer insights into a focused ‘problems to solve
    • Help identify competitive threats and market challenges and provide solutions that drive business results
    • Collaborate with Enterprise Insights, strategy and design teams to identify and illuminate the story in the data and frame its implication for strategy
    • Participate in sessions with partners to help shape opportunities, from identifying the right problem to solve to brainstorming ways to solve them
    • Help ensure that all campaign work developed remains on-strategy and that you are addressing the needs of the customer and business

Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with CVS Health.
    • If you are unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief, you will be required to apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 30 days of your employment in order to remain employed with CVS Health. As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated.     PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Internship or work experience in related field such as business or healthcare
    • Have an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
    • Advertising and marketing focused with a passion for design and creative strategy.
    • Interest in creative problem solving and out of the box thinking

    EDUCATION

    • Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
    • Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2022 and August 2023
    • Have major(s)/concentration in Communications, Design/Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or other related major
