Creative Surfaces Inc; a National manufacturing company of custom store fixtures, signage, and countertops for retail, automotive, and casino industry with manufacturing facilities in Sioux Falls, SD and Rapid City, SD is seeking an Sales Assistant for 30-35 hours per week.

At Creative Surfaces Inc, our Sales Assistant must be familiar with data input into a business system; experience in Sage Business Works a plus. Communicate directly with customers as well as others in the Accounting Department and Sales Department. Position offers competitive hourly wage, paid time off, Insurance and 401k. 

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: -Creating quotes -Managing sales orders -Manage specialty projects by coordinating sales process with customers, internal personnel and suppliers -Invoicing -Answering incoming phone calls as needed -Other duties as assigned  

REQUIREMENTS -2 year Accounting degree or similar -2 years of experience in similar position  -Detail oriented person -Organized -Good communication skills -Ability to work well with others
