  • Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Screen large volumes of internal and external applicant resumes including phone screenings and face-to-face interviews for hiring managers.

    • Source passive candidates for open positions using various tools and contacts. Initiate recruitment strategies such as placing cold calls.

    • Schedule telephone interviews.

    • Apply knowledge of employment laws and company policies and procedures and high level customer service skills to multiple clients at various levels within the organization.

    • Assist with developing recruitment materials.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

    • 0-2 years of experience required.
