In this role, you will be responsible for managing the credentialing process for healthcare providers within our organization.     Key Responsibilities:

    - Oversee and manage the full credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
    - Gather, review, and verify all requisite documentation from providers, including licenses, certifications, and education verification.
    - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely completion of credentialing.
    - Maintain updated and precise records of provider credentials in the credentialing database, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
    - Conduct continuous monitoring of healthcare providers' credentials and alert necessary parties of any changes or impending expirations.
    - Respond to inquiries related to credentialing processes and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
    - Assist with audits and surveys as needed, providing necessary documentation and reports.
    - Stay informed about industry trends and changes to credentialing and privileging regulations, applying this knowledge to improve practices.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
    - Proven experience in credentialing or a related healthcare administration role.
    - Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations.
    - Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    - Proficient in using credentialing software and database management tools.
    - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
