    Job Position: Credentialing Coordinator

    Essential Functions

    • Provide support to various projects.
    • Tracking and reporting all data and updates into applicable software / databases etc.
    • Review and update as needed, each assigned providers CAQH profile within the 90-day timeframe
    • Maintain working knowledge and ensure compliance with all payer requirements for documentation and credentialing standards
    • Contributes to compiling and analyzing data relevant to the department’s operations.
    • Assist in analyzing and optimizing administrative workflows.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
    • Attend departmental meetings and engage in discussions on best practices.
    • Other tasks as needed as assigned by manage

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Passionate about healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact
    • Excellent teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical, writing and communication skills. Well organized with attention to
    • detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Prior medical office experience preferred but not required
    • Some knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required
