This Credit Analyst will analyze credit data, monitor account trends and make appropriate recommendations/adjustments.     Job Title: Credit Analyst
    Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/Non-Exempt/In-Person
    Reports to: Credit and Collections Manager
    Hours: 8am - 4:30pm, M-F
    Pay: $26-28/hour, depending upon prior experience

    As their Credit Analyst, here is an overview of what you will be responsible for (including but not limited to):

    • Review financial data, trade references, and industry news to assess credit risk and make informed recommendations of credit limits for new and existing accounts per company policy.
    • Support the receivables/collection process by reaching out to valued customers and resolve outstanding balances.
    • Work closely with the sales team on new customer applications and manage/resolve credit-related issues with customers.
    • Review and release orders from credit hold, following internal control procedures.
    • Assist with cash application tasks as needed, including processing offsets, customer refunds, and posting cash.
    • Assist the Credit Manager with journal entries, support various reporting tasks, and handle audit requests as needed.
    • Respond to credit inquiries from other manufacturers.
    • Submit requests to the data team for the creation of new customer accounts and updates to existing account information.

    We're looking for knowledgeable Credit professionals with deep and focused knowledge specific to Credit Analysis within the manufacturing industry. The ideal background profile is as follows:

    • 3-5 years of dedicated B2B credit experience
    • MUST have experience in the manufacturing sector! (Note: this is a FIRM requirement. If you do not have this specific experience, we cannot consider you for the role!)
    • Strong computer/technical skills with SAP and Excel
    • Excellent communication skills.
