Credit Analyst – Hybrid Role- Drive Financial Success
Location: Melville, New York & Hybrid Remote

As our Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our client’s accounts receivable and shaping credit management strategies.
Your Impact & What You'll Achieve:
This isn't just about crunching numbers; it's about making a tangible difference. As the Credit Analyst, you will:
- Become a Risk Management Pro: Within your first 90 days, master the approval or disapproval of credit extensions for our diverse client base, ensuring high accuracy and keeping write-offs impressively low.
- Champion Effective Collections: Drive a significant reduction in past due accounts within your first six months. Your fair, courteous, and prompt collection strategies will be key to optimizing our accounts receivable turnover.
- Foster Key Stakeholder Relationships: Act as a vital communication link, proactively liaising with internal teams (including sales and management) to provide clear updates on account statuses and recommend effective actions for delinquent accounts.
- Innovate and Improve: Identify and implement meaningful improvements to credit processes and systems, leveraging your analytical skills to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Safeguard Our Financial Health: Diligently monitor customer accounts, swiftly identifying and communicating potential credit concerns to management to protect our bottom line.
What You Bring to the Table (Required Qualifications):
To excel in this role and achieve these objectives, you'll ideally have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in credit analysis and collections, ideally with exposure to a fast-paced or B2B environment.
- Proven experience in a wholesale collections environment is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to research, evaluate process effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to work effectively with general instruction, taking ownership of your work and outcomes.
