The Credit Card Transaction Auditor audits and verifies all company credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency with company credit card policies and procedures. This involves reviewing and reconciling all monthly credit card statements by verifying all credit card transactions against employees’ receipts. The Credit Card Transaction Auditor will be responsible for ensuring each credit card transaction has a corresponding receipt and will notify management of any transactions without a receipt with proper documentation. They will also monitor employee daily spending limits and will notify management of the employees who exceeded the daily spending limit and what those amounts were with proper documentation. The Credit Card Transaction Auditor should have great attention to detail and recordkeeping.
