A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Credit & Collections Manager to lead its accounts receivable and credit functions. This high-impact role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, driving credit policies, optimizing cash flow, and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations to support business growth while managing risk.
- Anticipate $90K-$100K, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement credit and collections strategies to enhance cash flow and minimize risk.
- Lead a small team, providing mentorship, training, and performance guidance.
- Oversee the AR process, including aging reports, collections, and dispute resolution.
- Track and report on critical metrics
- Evaluate customer credit profiles, financial data, and payment patterns to set appropriate credit terms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, etc.) to resolve delinquent accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Manage third-party collections or legal actions when needed.
- Support financial close processes and audits related to receivables.
- Drive process improvements to streamline AR operations and reduce credit risk.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
- Experience working with international clients/customers
- 4+ years of experience in a Credit/Collection capacity
- Experience managing B2B customers
- Advanced Excel skills, MS Dynamics (D365); Power BI (or similar) is advantageous
