A leading law firm with more than twenty years in business is seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in Credit Finance law. This role involves advising clients, primarily borrowers, by reviewing, editing, and drafting primary loan documents for secured and unsecured credit. In this role you'll also have an opportunity to work on corporate/commercial contracts. The firm focuses on having a great balance and work environment - 1500 billable hours, $0 out of pocket healthcare, 401K with match, multiple bonuses, hybrid work environment, etc.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of legal practice with a focus on credit and or finance law
• Knowledge of corporate M&A or VC/emerging growth organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pluses:
• Experience with corporate/commercial contracts
• Background in large corporations or national law firms
