Credit Operations Specialist

We are currently working with a well-established private equity credit fund seeking a middle office operations specialist to join their growing team. Exposure to Syndicated Loans, CLO’s, and Bank Debt experience needed. RTO: 5days onsite in Manhattan. Pay range is $50-75/hr (d.o.e.).

Responsibilities:

• Produce daily cash and liquidity reports for the front office while supporting short-term funding requirements.
• Partner with fund accounting, administrators, and pricing teams to compile and review NAV and P&L components.
• Track FX exposures and trading requirements, and develop hedging strategies for portfolios.
• Oversee private deal pipelines to ensure adequate liquidity, operational preparedness, and on-time funding for closings (e.g., revolvers, delayed draws, CMLs, and direct-originated loans).
• Complete monthly sign-offs on cash, positions, and income, and coordinate with Finance and external administrators to meet month-end deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day operational oversight across functions such as trade support, collateral management, asset servicing, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with products such as syndicated loans, CLOs, and bank debt.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
