    POSITION: Credit Quality Analyst

    FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full time

    LOCATION: Charlotte, NC

    SCHEDULE: 40HRS Mon- Fri 8am-5pm

    Contracted: 6/23/2025 to 05/08/2026

    PAY RANGE: $30.23 hourly

    **Manager Notes: Resource is needed to assist with BAU due to increased volumes and complexity. This role is high volume/ high touch with risk oversight on closings/ amendments payments, transactions. Role is critical to day-to-day operations**

    Details:

    Main point of contact for requests relating to the administration of large corporate credits held by the Global Credit (GC) loan trading desk. Global Market Loan Operations provides settlements and services for secondary loan trade closings relating to corporate investor clients. Must be on hand to offer premium client service and manage the relationships between our internal business partners and external clients. Will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex discrepancies which could involve reading the credit agreement and completing manual calculations to ensure balances are correct. Will be tasked with providing supervisory oversight for our various process. Will be responsible for facilitating training for the team on processes, business policies and procedures. Must be comfortable with occasionally leading a project or new process implementation. Basic Understanding of credit documentation (e.g. Credit Agreement) to perform detailed reviews for accurate settlement and servicing. End to End processing of loans with accurate data input to various credit and operating systems (e.g. ACBS, BFT, Cash Manager, LoanRunner, etc).

    Day to Day Workload:
    • Validation of loan documentation for accurate trade settlements
    • Validation of loan commitments, interest payments, and fee payments
    • Manage periodic rate changes, rate rollovers, advances, collateral, invoicing, repayments, and other loan agreement inquiries
    • Report Monitoring and reconciliations
    • Train the team on various procedures, policies and processes
    • Provide supervisory oversight on our various processes
    • Input wire instructions while attending to dual controls
    • Analysis and resolution of operational problems
    • Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
    • Breaks investigation and resolution.

    Must Have Skills:
    • Presentable, confident and client focused.
    • Excellent communications skills and proficiency with numbers/calculations.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
    • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
    • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
    • Knowledge of Operational Risk

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs
    • Use of computers and technology
