    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist to join our dynamic credit repair team. This role focuses on providing effective and positive credit repair services with a particular emphasis on addressing timeshare-related credit issues. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in credit repair and will excel in managing client consultations, developing repair strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Proficiency with credit repair software, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of credit reporting processes are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations to evaluate clients' credit reports and identify areas needing improvement.
    • Credit Analysis: Analyze credit reports to identify negative items and create tailored credit repair plans.
    • Dispute Resolution: Oversee the dispute process for inaccuracies or unfair items on credit reports, liaising with credit bureaus and creditors.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate with creditors and collection agencies to resolve debts and remove negative items from clients' credit reports.
    • Compliance: Ensure all credit repair activities adhere to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other relevant regulations.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of credit repair efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to meet client goals.
    • Client Education: Provide clients with guidance on best practices for maintaining good credit.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and client outcomes to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in credit repair, credit counseling, or a related field.
    • Skills: * In-depth knowledge of credit reporting and repair processes. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to analyze credit reports and develop effective repair strategies. * Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including the FCRA. * Proficiency with credit repair software and tools. * Leadership and team management abilities. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Experience with timeshare-related credit issues.

    Schedule:

    • Full-time, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
    • No travel required.
