We are seeking a Lending and Collections Manager to play a critical role in guiding our team's through an overhaul of what we do and how we do it. This essential role will plan and direct the company's overall loan processing and collections activities in accordance with established objectives and philosophies. This position reports to a member of our Senior Leadership Team, and will oversee all aspects of the company's Collections and Centralized Loan Processing Departments while assisting Underwriting Department. This position will work with their direct reports to drive industry best-practices and measurable goals and initiatives into the organization.
