CreditAssociates, a very successful and rapidly growing consumer financial services company located near Highway 121 and the Dallas North Tollway in Plano, Texas seeks a Sales Development Representative to join its sales team.

The Sales Development Representative will qualify inbound leads while actively working to re-engage existing opportunities within the sales pipeline. This is a very important role within our business that is the perfect fit for a motivated professional looking to leverage their inside sales experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Effectively qualify leads generated by marketing and live transfer to debt consultants

· Re-engage our existing sales opportunity pipeline

· Partner with marketing to have a working knowledge of the various channels and methods utilized to generate inbound interest

· Record and report all activity in Salesforce.com

· Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs

· Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales experience

· Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

· Excellent verbal communication and sales skills

· Experienced with Salesforce

· Be willing to work flexible hours

· Base salary and monthly + quarterly bonus program
