About the Role:

The Creditor’s Rights Attorney will handle a broad range of matters including:

• Replevins, suits on notes and guaranties, foreclosures, and creditor-focused litigation
  

• Litigation related to asset recovery, claim objections, and judgment enforcement

• Appearances in court for hearings and creditor rights matters
  

You will serve a variety of clients, including banks, financial institutions, and credit unions, helping them protect and recover their assets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in creditors’ rights, collections, or litigation

• Admitted in Missouri and Kansas (or eligible for admission)

• Strong courtroom and case management skills

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to client service

• Experience in local courts and with CaseAware software is a plus

Compensation & Incentives:

• Competitive compensation based on experience

• Three bonus tracks: Discretionary, Revenue Target, and Origination (15% of collected fees)

• Opportunity to supervise junior team members and work on high-value matters
