Crème Collective is a Clean Beauty and Wellness discovery, creative, and sales agency that represents prestige brands in retailers across America. The role a Brand Ambassador will aid the efforts of the corporate sales team in supporting our partner retailers with floor support, education, higher level events, and relationship building for maximum sell-through of our brands. The ideal Retail Beauty Sales Brand Ambassador is a friendly, passionate and self-motivated person with an understanding and deep love of beauty products. A positive attitude and problem-solving spirit is a must in this position, as is comfort and joy in applying beauty product directly to others and making them feel good! Responsible for increasing sales volume and brand awareness by providing exceptional customer service and effective education. Responsibilities: * Educate and inform retail account base in person * On floor mini facials, product demos and makeup application * Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and employees * Administrative to include: re-cap of communication with accounts, sales and attendance report of supported events and educations. * Ability and willingness to support company as needed, i.e. trade shows, meetings, etc. * We'll support your success by providing a training program which includes attending mandatory product knowledge sessions/calls . * Social Media engagement and photos when necessary. * Meeting either by phone or in person with Manager every month * Estimated 1-3 days a week for in field support * Travel as needed within your region * Ability to work a flexible schedule - weekends often required * Appropriate business attire and grooming for educations and in-store events and support * Gratis and Product Discounts QUALIFICATIONS: * Reliable transportation required * 3+ years beauty industry experience is preferred * 2+ years retail experience is preferred * Experience in the Ulta, Nordstrom, & Bluemercury environment is preferred * Positive, can-do attitude * Valid driver's license Company Description Crème Collective is changing the world of beauty with a woman-led team of passionate people on a mission to grow brands of the future.
