    Job Description

    Over the past 20+ years, Crêpes à Latte has excelled in providing unique tradeshow booth hospitality services that build traffic and captivate the attention of attendees. We support the marketing and branding efforts of leading Fortune 500 companies all across the country. Our beautifully presented and mouthwatering beverage and specialty food services distinguish our clients' tradeshow booths from competitors. The Sales Coordinator’s mission is to support a team of Account Managers who manage the day-to-day sales and client communication. Each Account Manager handles a large volume of hospitality services a year, and the Sales Coordinator serves to support this workload through the execution of key tasks such as proposal development, client and tradeshow research, and event logistics.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supports Account Managers with activities such as preparing proposals and final invoices, researching tradeshows and client business information, as well as supporting key logistics items for each sales order. • Prioritizes key tasks and working with multiple clients a day in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. • Demonstrates knowledge of our client goals and CAL’s service platform by proactively recommending hospitality services to meet client objectives • Supports client, tradeshow, and hospitality research that helps their AM team to develop successful proposals for new and existing clients. • Works with our Customer Relation Management (“CRM”) system and ensures all data entered is accurate and supports developing key weekly reports for the Account Manager team. • Maintains an advanced command of even service standards through the on-the-ground support of individual services • Supports 6-8 hospitality events a year

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • An associate’s degree with 1-2 years of experience • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • A track record of solving problems, preferably in a client-facing role • A can-do attitude, willingness to learn from others, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and proactively meet tight deadlines • Comfort with math and ability to accurately calculate proposals, invoices, and supply worksheets • Experience working with a CRM, Word, and Excel in a professional setting. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus. • Hospitality background in hotels, convention centers, tradeshows, event management, or catering companies is a plus • Ability to travel to locations across the United States for multi-day hospitality events • Due to client restrictions, candidates cannot have visible tattoos or facial piercings.
