As a Customer Service Representative for Crescent Printing you will:
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
Respond promptly to customers inquiries.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Communicate with customers through appropriate channels.
Follow up with the technical/relevant team to ensure resolution of issues.
Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints.
Process orders and transactions of customers.
Handle customers’ comments and complaints.
Conduct surveys on customer satisfaction quarterly, annually or as scheduled.
Provide feedback on efficiency of customer service process.
Process customer accounts and file documents.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, and exchange.
Update the project management system (Trello) with the appropriate information to ensure that projects are moving forward.
Ideally, you will possess:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
An ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Excellent Computer Skills.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personality types.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A professional appearance and demeanor.
A good attention to details and excellent business communication skills.
A great team spirit, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
This is a full-time position reporting to directly to the MD/CEO.
