    Inside Sales Agent - CrestPoint Real Estate Looking for "the next big thing?" Well, this is it! Are you wanting a chance to earn a promising income WITH stability in the world of Real Estate? Receive a base salary (plus commission!) in real estate while serving as an inside sales agent (ISA). To be specific, this is MUCH more of a service role than it is a sales role. This role involves leadership, management, a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems, and a friendly/personable demeanor on the phone. We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken ISA to join our team. Experience is not necessary, we can train you, we are more focused on finding the right fit for our team. The inside service/sales agent (ISA) serves as a hybrid of roles. • Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask). • Must be extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to systems. • Must be able to quickly understand potential customers' needs. • Must be able to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversations that are occurring. • Must be able to build rapport and relationships naturally. • Must be willing to have accountability conversations regularly. • Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients. • Must be able to understand client needs and able to offer solutions and support. At CrestPoint Real Estate we are not just looking for anyone that wants to help sell houses. We're interested in someone who loves making connections and doesn't want the audacious night/weekend schedule that pulls you out of your home, unlike a traditional real estate agent. The majority of client communication will be through phone, text, and email. A great ISA has thicker skin - a superb eye for detail - and is passionate about making an impact on the world. Compensation: $50,000+ (base pay + commission earning potential) Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee customer and client experiences throughout the sales process • Establish and achieve weekly sales goals • Act as a guide to potential home buyers and sellers, engaging in daily phone calls, emails, and text messages • Demonstrate the ability to initiate and maintain conversations with new leads consistently • Develop rapport with clients promptly • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls • Quickly discern client needs and objectives • Work independently to ensure all targets are met • Exhibit exceptional communication and documentation skills • Cultivate strong relationships with clients • Approach each workday with enthusiasm and a desire to learn more Qualifications: • No prior experience in real estate is necessary, sales experience is preferred • Required to obtain a real estate license at a mutually agreed-upon timeframe after being hired. Not required for initial employment • Must be a good culture fit for CrestPoint Real Estate.
