    Thank you for checking out my listing! My name is Will Yoder and I have a growing Endodontics office that's in need of a patient coordinator. This will be a full-time position beginning as soon as possible. Oh, and did I mention that you get a four-day workweek, health insurance, bonuses, one week paid vacation year (to start) and one week paid sick/personal leave.   Responsibilities: What will you be doing? • Greet patients warmly, help them fill out forms, and advise them of office policies and patient care procedures. • Taking phone calls and scheduling patients  • Managing the daily schedule for the office, including rescheduling and canceling appointments as needed in order to create an efficient daily schedule • Checking patients in as they arrive and out as they leave and updating records as needed. • Managing the financial obligations for patients including communicating with dental insurance providers as needed to determine patients' copay. Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed. • Estimating insurance benefits of patients prior to their arrival and filing all dental insurances after a procedure is performed • Following up with claims that have not been paid in a timely manner or claims that are denied.  • General office duties such as answering the phones, copying, filing, and commuting with other offices via email or fax Qualifications: • Possess high-level communication skills, problem-solving, organization, and exceptional customer service skills • A high school diploma or equivalent is required - some college or AADOM recognized designation is helpful • At least 2 years of experience in medical/dental office management is preferred, but not needed • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Possess high-level communication skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
