    CONTENTS PROFESSIONALS DENVER, is a leading restoration company based in Denver, CO, specializing in restoring and protecting the belongings of our clients facing damage from floods, fire and smoke. With a passionate team dedicated to excellence, we aim to provide peace of mind during difficult and stressful times. We are NOW HIRING for a Crew Chief: A great candidate for this role would have prior cleaning experience and or moving experience.

    As the Crew Chief, your primary role will be to: Manage and complete jobs according to Contents Pros Denver processes, per work order. Respond to service calls when needed. Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met. Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.

    Pay: $23-$25 an hour + OT and Bonus opportunities Benefits:

    Key Responsibilities

    Explain restoration processes and answer customer questions

    Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.

    Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities

    Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control

    Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker

    Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details

    Manage and control costs of production projects

    Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly

    Position Requirements

    2 years experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry

    Have a valid IICRC WRT certification preferred

    Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally

    Some night and weekend work are required

    Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

    A valid drivers license

    Subject to criminal background check

    Valid driver’s license

    High school diploma/GED.
