Primary Responsibilities

• Leading a crew of production technicians.
• Explain process and answer customer questions, as needed.
• Communicate clear expectations to technicians and supervise their activities.
• Perform production processes and ensure quality control.
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate projects. Position Requirements
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic math skills.
• IICRC certification(s) preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
